I offer yoga for all ages, levels, and stages of life, as well as guiding and counseling people toward a natural and holistic path to greater health and wellness through lifestyle and nutrition.
I am a Swedish yogi who is devoted to health, nutrition, and vibrant energy. I offer individualized, private, one-on-one or group yoga sessions. In addition, or as a compliment to your yoga practice, I also offer wellness consultation where I create a personal diet and lifestyle plan for your health goal.
My mission is to educate and inspire people to become healthier, stronger, and more detoxified. I want to teach my clients to push themselves beyond the notion of their own limits, and let them realize a humble and healthy belief in their own physical abilities. In addition, I want to inform people on how to take care of themselves the best way possible through nutrition and lifestyle choices.
As a result, my clients will experience, among other benefits, more calmness, confidence, strength, better focus, a leaner body, and increased energy levels.
I am a registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), and have studied nutrition for many years.
